Our Story

Coffee Girls started as a quiet dream between two friends who believed a small town deserved something extraordinary. What began as weekend pop-ups at the Nooksack community market grew into a real storefront — a place where the oven runs from dawn, the coffee is pulled with intention, and every regular knows their name.
We source our coffee beans from small roasters who share our obsession with quality. Our pastries are made from scratch each morning using traditional techniques — laminated doughs, slow-fermented breads, and fillings that taste like they came from someone's family recipe (because they did).
Today, Coffee Girls is more than a café. It's a gathering place for neighbours, a stop on the way to work, a reason to slow down on a Saturday. Pull up a chair. Stay as long as you like.
